RETURN POLICY

RETAIL ORDERS

Your 100% satisfaction is our goal!  If you are not satisfied with your retail soap order, please return it to us within ten days for a full-refund!  Limits to this policy are: we will not accept more than one order return due to disliking a scent choice you have made.  You can understand how this could become a very costly  way for customers to "try" scents at "our" expense.

WHOLESALE ORDERS

Due to the handcrafted, natural aspect of our products, we are unable to accept WHOLESALE order returns, issue refunds or credits.  If upon receipt of your wholesale soap order you find it verifiably defective in manufacture, contact us immediately (within ten days) so we can instruct you from there. Soap will need to be inspected by us to determine condition.

 We stand behind our products 100% and YOUR total satisfaction is always our goal!  However with products for resale that possibly touch the skin, or products of indeterminate age, we are unable to take them back if they have been used, or even if un-used, when we cannot verify the product's shelf-life, risk of contamination, or storage abuse.  If products are custom-made-to-order, we cannot take them back.   We do not take products back because a customer would prefer an alternate scent than what they already ordered. 

DAMAGED SHIPMENT 

If your soap product is defective in some way due to damage sustained in shipping, save all shipping materials and do not use the product.  Damages must be reported to UPS (or the carrier specified by you) and Simply Soap immediately. Inspect all packages at the time of receipt. In the event that you receive an order that has been damaged make sure the driver noted this fact on the delivery sheet. You should then immediately contact UPS or USPS  (or the carrier specified by you) so that they can inspect the shipment. If the driver does not do this then you accepted the box in good condition and nothing can be done about the damages. Once a package has been signed for it is assumed the package was delivered in good order.

If a return is authorized, it must be packed in the original manner. If damage occurs on return because of inadequate packaging no credit will be issued.

CONCEALED DAMAGE
If there is damaged merchandise when you unpack the order follow these instructions: 1. Save the original carton and all packing material. 2. Call UPS and inform them of your damaged shipment. They will send an inspector to inspect your package. 3. Call Simply Soap and we will start processing your claim. We cannot replace damaged merchandise if UPS does not inspect the package.

RETURNED CHECKS
In the event your check is returned to us for any reason, you will be charged $25.00. No further orders will be shipped until your account is cleared. Furthermore all orders placed after that will be cash or credit card only.
